📋 Description

• Handle collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented Collections Department • Communicate with customers in a metrics-driven environment • Navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged with customers • Handle a high volume of outgoing calls to assigned delinquent customers • Handle incoming phone calls and resolve customer and branch questions • Communicate and follow up with customers and branch personnel • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with branch personnel and co-workers • Reconcile customer disputes regarding payment of outstanding balances • Communicate with customers and co-workers verbally and in writing • Meet portfolio, departmental, and company goals • Complete special projects or tasks assigned by the manager • Work independently and in a team environment • Think critically and exercise independent judgment

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree in Accounting or relevant field • 2+ years experience in finance/accounting • Strong foundation in spreadsheets, Excel and Google Sheets • Strong verbal and written communication; ability to communicate with Finance team • Ability to function as a team player • High school diploma or equivalent required • Two years of related experience in accounts receivable preferred • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Employment is contingent on passing a background check • Some roles require passing a drug test, depending on job responsibilities
