📋 Description

• Support a portfolio of contracts and projects to meet performance targets, remain compliant, and deliver customer satisfaction • Provide portfolio governance and keep the Operational VP informed of risks and issues • Lead recovery action plans and manage contract start-ups, expansions, transitions, and close-outs • Serve as the Operational Excellence point of contact for projects • Supervise and support 10 Operational Excellence Managers in meeting quality and performance requirements • Track portfolio performance and governance • Support monthly business reporting and implementation of performance reporting, processes, and tools • Provide guidance and training on performance measures and performance management • Manage operational risks and issues • Support projects in delivering quality targets and improvements • Ensure monthly completion of 10% case file reviews • Implement quality reporting, processes, and tools; conduct quality reviews, audits, assessments, and data analysis • Coach and mentor regional teams to foster continuous learning and operational excellence • Support development and delivery of operational training programs • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records, reports, and analytics • Conduct training needs analysis and identify technical capability gaps • Lead or support project start-ups, expansions, and close-outs • Develop and execute turnaround plans for underperforming projects • Provide targeted training and support to address root causes and delivery issues • Collaborate with operations and support functions to translate operational needs into actionable solutions • Support the Operational VP and Op Ex Director with delivery continuity and consistency • Partner with VPs, Regional Directors, and Project Directors to assess challenges and co-design improvement strategies • Participate in development and adoption of Operational Excellence products and tools • Attend and engage in enterprise Operational Excellence meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience and education demonstrating applied skills • 3–5 years of experience in operational training and development, process improvement, and frameworks supporting operational excellence principles and standards • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, recommendations for continuous improvement, and action planning • Experience with operational training design and delivery methodologies, including adult learning principles • Ability to influence through innovative thinking and serve as a thought leader • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with senior leaders • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and learn new tools or software • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Willingness to learn new software or systems as required
