📋 Description

• Report to the CEO and work across every department • Build internal automations and AI agents to remove repetitive manual work across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and Operations • Connect AI to existing systems through APIs and MCP servers • Extend Karbon’s MCP server into a routing proxy between Claude and internal data sources • Implement Okta authentication, department-based RBAC, request logging, spend attribution, and audit capabilities • Build connectors through configuration entries after Security approval • Prototype, harden, and hand tools to the teams that use them • Manage Claude access, provisioning, seat requests, model and tool access, connector approvals, and Slack workflows • Run the connector security review pipeline with Security • Own the AI-tool spend dashboard, including Claude, Cursor, Codex, and Linear AI • Develop an ROI framework covering adoption, hours saved, cost per seat, and project impact • Run the AI champions program and maintain champion cadences and hub pages • Own offboarding workflows to capture and reassign projects and skills • Build and maintain the AI wiki and department documentation • Establish AI usage standards with department leads • Deliver practical, repeatable team training • Maintain a shared library of prompts, skills, and patterns • Define metrics for AI cost, adoption, delivery, and quality • Build data pipelines for metrics and publish regular executive reports

🎯 Requirements

• Production software development experience within the last two years • Python or TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs • Experience building a real product on top of a large language model, including users, error handling, and cost control • Experience working directly with non-technical teams as the technical person in the room • Ability to understand CS renewal motions and implementation scoping, or build tools those teams actually use • Ability to build a number from messy data and defend it to a CFO • Experience running a cross-functional program whose participants did not report to you • Ability to create accountability without authority • Clear writing skills and ability to reject work that will not pay off • Bonus: accounting, professional services, or B2B software market experience • Bonus: familiarity with MCP server development, Claude API, or agent frameworks • Bonus: experience with Okta or similar identity providers
