📋 Description

• Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction • Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and prototyping • Assist clients with testing and move-to-production efforts • Partner with Engagement Managers to communicate project status and changes • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure communication and project alignment • Accurately maintain forecasts in a timely manner • Assist the Sales team with orals, demos, and LOEs • Stay current on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and best practices • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships • Support Workday HCM Reporting implementations and post-go-live production support • Contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday practice

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead Workday Reporting consultant at a partner firm • Workday partner certifications in Workday HCM Core and Workday Reporting required • Experience writing complex HCM reports (Advanced, Composite, and Matrix) • Detailed understanding of Workday reporting processes and best practices • Comfortable troubleshooting or navigating Workday Security • Ability to build custom reports • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Workday Reporting experience in higher education preferred • A strong opinion on how Workday should be implemented • Desire to have fun while building something new
