📋 Description

• Analyze learning needs • Design and develop training materials • Deliver engaging learning experiences that build capability across the FPS2 program • Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies • Facilitate training • Improve performance and support strategic objectives • Work with government clients during Eastern time zone hours • Attend occasional training and project meetings

🎯 Requirements

• All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government • Candidates must either be U.S. citizens or pass clearance through the Foreign National Government System • Candidates using the Foreign National Government System must have lived within the United States for at least 3 out of the previous 5 years • Valid and non-expired passport from country of birth and appropriate VISA/work permit documentation required for Foreign National Government System clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field • 5+ years of experience • Experience designing and delivering training in corporate, technical, or government environments • Proficiency with instructional design software, such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, and Vyond • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Ability to create clear, visually appealing, and instructionally sound materials • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
