📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation support • Partner with the Customer Success Manager and Sales Account Executive to drive adoption and district capacity • Design and deliver tailored professional learning experiences focused primarily on STEM, with literacy support as needed • Collaborate with regional leadership, operations, internal teams, contractors, and fellow PD Strategists • Co-design professional learning with district leaders based on local context, student needs, and implementation conditions • Adapt existing resources or create custom content as needed • Support pre-sales discussions through written proposals and professional development plans • Lead scoping and project management of custom professional development engagements • Define outcomes, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and contributor coordination from discovery through delivery • Develop multi-year, district-wide professional development strategies and implementation plans • Coach and prepare Professional Learning Specialists for session delivery • Build relationships with customers and internal senior leadership • Maintain product and suite knowledge through continuous learning • Design session materials, coaching tools, implementation resources, and follow-up supports • Conduct district-wide program reviews and advise leaders on pedagogy, implementation, and change management • Analyze participant feedback, implementation data, and Professional Learning Specialist input • Deliver onsite professional development, coaching, and data analysis support • Iterate custom professional development solutions based on feedback, data, and educator learning evidence • Support department-wide priorities and additional initiatives • Travel an average of 20%, up to 40% throughout the year

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of K–8 classroom teaching experience, preferably in STEM • Willingness to support literacy professional development as needed • Expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and implementation • Experience designing and delivering professional learning responsive to stakeholder needs and educator adoption of new practices • Experience managing large-scale education and custom design projects from discovery through delivery • Experience with planning, budgeting, timeline management, and iteration • Strong project and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and competing priorities • Proficiency with technology integration in professional learning and classroom settings • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other productivity tools • Ability to travel regionally and nationally • Must meet Amplify's travel and vaccination policy requirements • Must be permitted to work in the United States and have U.S. residency • Valid U.S. driver's license • Reliable home internet supporting Google Meet and Zoom • Quiet, professional place to conduct meetings • Background check required if selected • Preferred: instructional leadership, curriculum development, or district/school-network PD leadership experience • Preferred: adult learning, instructional design, or customized professional learning at scale • Preferred: Amplify product or PD delivery experience • Preferred: literacy instruction, curriculum, assessment, or professional learning experience • Preferred: STEM and literacy program experience or ability to build expertise in a new content area • Preferred: team management or coaching experience • Biliteracy in Spanish is a plus
