📋 Description

• Engage in all aspects of the ADDIE process • Manage specific learning programs, including design, development, and on-time delivery of learning experiences • Collaborate with internal team members, client partners, and subject matter experts to translate business objectives into synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions • Plan, organize, and lead cross-functional meetings to analyze data, solve problems, make data-based decisions, and improve agent performance • Design and develop engaging instructional content using text, graphics, audio, video, interactions, and other technologies • Ensure content is clear, concise, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory • Develop and manage learning programs for healthcare, retail, utilities, sales, and other verticals • Equip independent agents to handle calls from beginning to end, including call flow, system navigation, soft skills, and transfers • Use project and program management skills to manage deliverables, client review, prioritization, and delegation • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Develop synchronous and asynchronous learning content for independent agents serving Liveops’ clients • Review and analyze agent performance data, surveys, training data, and program health metrics to identify trends and improve materials • Host train-the-trainer sessions for facilitators • Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure curriculum effectiveness and learner performance • Collaborate regularly with the learning team and provide feedback and expertise • Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on instructional design trends, technologies, and research • Oversee program design and delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives • Partner with stakeholders to refine training and evaluate effectiveness to enhance agent performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media or relevant program or certificate • Minimum 3 years’ experience designing training curricula and corresponding program elements, or 3 years of experience in a related field • Ability to write effectively for learners, peers, and leadership • Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and time management • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks and delegate tasks • Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Camtasia • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite for communication, scheduling, spreadsheet analysis, job aids, and presentations • Strong portfolio of learning materials demonstrating varied development strategies and techniques • Ability to design effective interactive simulations of client systems using eLearning software • Ability to gather, analyze, and act on results • Ability to create and meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Ability to plan, lead, and participate in virtual meetings in a distraction-free environment • Passion for continuous learning, collaboration, and developing Instructional Design skills • Must be down to Earth, well natured, willing to dive right in, and scale up fast • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
