• Lead or manage organizational change management activities for high-complexity, transformational, or program-wide changes • Synthesize direction from multiple sources in a highly matrixed organization • Work with sponsors and business owners to understand change goals and translate them into organizational impacts • Lead or help manage OCM resources within the work stream • Help mature OCM processes and tools • Assess and manage adoption-related risks • Assess audience readiness, identify people-side risks and resistance, evaluate results, and present findings • Develop actionable change management strategies • Develop and manage communication and training plans across various channels and audiences • Oversee communication deliverables and coordinate messages that prepare users to adopt changes • Oversee training-material development or coordinate training resources • Deliver training as needed • Identify resistance or performance gaps and implement responsive actions • Build senior-level relationships and drive value-based outcomes with industry clients and Kyndryl account teams • Lead small teams of practitioners across multiple consulting projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience leading OCM • 8+ years of experience supporting an organizational change management effort • Solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process • Ability to interact with leadership and staff at all levels • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships • Strong problem solving and root cause identification skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent active listening skills • Proficient using Microsoft Office • Formal training in an organizational change methodology preferred • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences using various channels • Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise training materials • Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
