📋 Description

• Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and coach professional development network members • Travel to observe and deliver professional development sessions as needed for support and quality assurance • Serve as subject matter expert for professional development sessions and topics • Partner with PD Operations, Hub memberships teams, state-specific initiatives, and other departments on special professional development projects and opportunities • Support development and manage execution of professional development operational policies and procedures • Measure effectiveness of professional development content and delivery through content reviews, observations, competency assessments, and analysis of evaluations, customer feedback, trainer self-evaluations, and planning forms • Plan and facilitate professional development opportunities for the professional development network • Partner with the PD content team to adapt sessions for specific needs • Ensure pre- and post-session documentation meets professional development standards aligned with learning goals and quality training practices • Manage quality assurance and proactively identify and resolve issues • Respond to day-to-day issues and concerns encountered by professional development network members • Respond to customer and internal team concerns related to professional development sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Available and willing to travel up to 50% of the time, especially in August and September • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field; master's preferred • Working knowledge of Teaching Strategies solutions • Five years of experience in management, educator coaching, and delivering professional development of adult learners both virtually and in person • Experience establishing and communicating performance and quality metrics aligned with organizational goals • Self-directed and strong drive for success • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Takes responsibility for work and has a strong sense of project/work management • Ability to research, listen, and identify client needs based on assessment conversations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Project management skills • Ability to learn new technology applications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and virtual training with adults is required • Bilingual Spanish is a bonus
