📋 Description

• Own Logis Billing implementations from kickoff to handoff using dated project plans • Run customer discovery covering billing processes, payers, fee schedules, codes, clearinghouse, and reports • Raise project risks to the team lead and customer with recovery plans • Configure Logis Billing according to configuration standards • Plan and validate data conversions, including open balances and historical data • Run customer user acceptance testing and obtain sign-off before go-live • Train customer billers and office staff on daily workflows • Support customers through their first billing cycles until claims and payments are flowing • Hand off customers to Logis Billing support and Customer Success • Log time in real time by customer and work type • Maintain current project health, risks, dates, and next steps each week • Deliver on-time, defect-free go-lives and clean handoffs measured by time to value, CSAT, and support ownership

🎯 Requirements

• All offers are contingent upon a successful background check • Ability to implement Logis Billing for agencies and billing companies of every size • Ability to learn how customers bill, including payers, fee schedules, codes, clearinghouse, and reports • Ability to configure payers, fee schedules, codes, claim rules, clearinghouse enrollment, remittance, and posting • Ability to plan and check data conversions • Ability to run user acceptance testing and obtain customer sign-off • Ability to train customer billers and office staff • Ability to follow implementation playbooks, document learnings, and escalate project risks early • Ability to use project management and time-tracking systems
