📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive cloud-based DMS onboarding and user training across all dealership departments through remote and in-person delivery • Provide instruction and guidance while configuring SaaS workflows, system integrations, and best practices • Guide, mentor, and direct additional implementation specialists on projects • Coordinate tasks and deliverables in agile or SaaS-focused project cycles • Obtain milestone signoffs from dealership stakeholders and document approvals digitally • Identify, communicate, and mitigate implementation risks using tools such as Jira or Salesforce • Manage onboarding and training activities using digital runbooks • Complete an intensive 8–10 week SaaS product certification and training program • Manage organizational change and customer resistance • Build relationships with dealership personnel and represent Tekion as a trusted partner • Collect and synthesize training feedback for product and customer success teams • Represent Tekion professionally in customer and stakeholder interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience implementing B2B SaaS solutions (ERP, CRM, or similar), including configuring cloud platforms and supporting customer adoption • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is highly preferred • Understanding of onboarding and adoption metrics, including activation rates and engagement KPIs, within a SaaS business model • Demonstrated success managing customer change in a SaaS environment, including converting customers from on-premise to cloud or subscription-based systems • Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is a plus • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to articulate technical jargon into consumable levels of understanding for adult learners • Ability to translate customer suggestions or insights into technical deliverables • 3+ years in Project Management or Project Lead role is preferred • Ability to travel up to 90% by car and/or plane, including overnight stays • SaaS implementation experience is required • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
