📋 Description

• Lead discovery and configuration across channels, inventory, shipping, and automation • Help clients clean up and import product and order data in CSV/XLSX formats • Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate them with clear, reproducible detail • Keep projects on track in Salesforce • Write documentation clients can use after go-live • Feed client patterns back to Product, Sales, Engineering, and the wider team • Run customer calls, status updates, and internal presentations • Train, coach, or enable customers and other users • Turn onboarding plans into working systems for customers • Collaborate with distributed, cross-time-zone teams and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must live in either Eastern or Central US Time zones • Track record of strong performance in a previous role • At least 6–12 months in a customer-facing role • Preferred: experience with Linnworks or a similar order/inventory management platform, or a background in e-commerce, SaaS, or a cloud application environment • Basic understanding of APIs and how systems connect and exchange data • Keen to explore AI-assisted tools such as Claude and Fellow • Experience with Salesforce, Asana, and standard Office applications • Experience working with and manipulating data in CSV and Excel (XLSX) files • Ability to explain complex systems to non-technical users and adapt explanations • Excellent written and verbal English language skills • Confident, clear communication, including customer calls, status updates, and internal presentations • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to prioritize and switch between tasks under pressure • Decision-making and strategic thinking skills • Ability to work effectively as part of distributed, cross-time-zone teams and with customers • Experience training, coaching, or enabling others • Experience with an OMS, PIM, ERP, ecommerce marketplace/storefront, or fulfilment platform, or broader e-commerce sector experience, strongly preferred
