📋 Description

• Develop and update course content materials according to project specifications, standards, and guidelines with senior-level oversight • Format content according to project design specifications • Maintain course and academic content in established storage systems and databases using institutional protocols, processes, and procedures • Collaborate with Course Development team members during course development • Prepare PDF files and deliverables for print vendors, internal stakeholders, and partners as needed • Participate in project-team planning, scheduling, and problem solving • Use authoring tools, production software, content management systems, digital asset systems, learning management systems, and other technical tools • Contribute to support and maintenance requests to meet service-level contracts with clients • Complete other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Graphic Arts, or a related area (e.g., publishing; education) • 1-2 years of experience building online courses in a fast-paced environment • Expertise creating complex content in PowerPoint is required • Expertise working in InDesign to created printed textbook files strongly preferred • Experience building courses in Articulate Rise/Storyline preferred • Experience with graphic design is a plus • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize effectively • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment--both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative member of the team • Ability to learn and implement new technologies and adapt processes for continuous improvement, particularly by using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude • Strong communication and organizational skills • A positive attitude is key!
