📋 Description

• Lead client software implementations from kickoff through launch as the primary execution and delivery owner • Run client implementation calls, set agendas, manage action items, and maintain project momentum • Translate client goals and requirements into implementation plans, timelines, and configuration decisions • Partner with Account Management to align implementations with client objectives and account success • Coordinate design assets with internal or client creative teams • Manage integration and automation rollouts with platform engineering and product management teams • Gather, document, and communicate client asset requirements, feedback, and revision requests • Set up and configure Brilliant’s software tools, automations, and integrations • Test configurations before launch for accuracy, functionality, and quality • Troubleshoot issues and adjust setups throughout the client lifecycle • Support post-launch optimization and guide clients through software adoption • Coordinate Design, Integrations, Product, Client Success, and technical resources for high-quality launches • Track implementation progress, risks, and dependencies and address blockers • Improve implementation workflows, templates, and best practices • Partner with Product Management on releases and feature updates • Contribute to internal documentation and training materials • Identify recurring client challenges, usability issues, and workflow friction • Share structured feedback with Product and Engineering teams to inform improvements and roadmap decisions • Provide input on early concepts and changes based on implementation experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, technical customer support, product specialist, business analyst, or a similar role • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing settings • Customer-first mindset focused on high-quality implementation experiences • Ability to learn and navigate new software platforms quickly • Experience with CRM tools and support ticketing systems • Basic proficiency with HTML and CSS; no coding required • General familiarity with APIs and technical concepts sufficient to describe integration workflows, answer basic client questions, and troubleshoot issues • Comfort with third-party APIs and integrations • United States work location
