📋 Description

• Lead regional sales strategy • Manage and coach the regional sales team, including Sales Associates and Surgical Sales Representatives • Drive revenue growth and expand market share • Ensure customer satisfaction • Expand market presence • Oversee regional operations • Collaborate cross-functionally • Monitor performance • Support training initiatives • Stay informed on industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office • 5+ years in progressive sales roles • Supervisory experience • Availability to travel up to 50% domestically • Candidates must be located in the United States Northwest Region or willing to relocate to Washington, Oregon, Utah, Nevada, or Northern California • Candidates must reside within the assigned Northwest region
