β’ Assist with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking platforms, and other sourcing tools β’ Conduct market research and talent mapping for engineering, software, defense, and technical positions β’ Review resumes and help identify candidates who meet position requirements β’ Assist with candidate outreach and scheduling phone screens and interviews β’ Coordinate interview logistics between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers β’ Format and organize interview guides, candidate scorecards, and hiring documentation within established templates β’ Help maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) β’ Support job posting creation and updates across multiple recruiting platforms β’ Assist with candidate experience initiatives and recruiting process improvements β’ Participate in recruiting strategy discussions and workforce planning activities β’ Support employer branding efforts through LinkedIn, company website content, and recruiting campaigns.
β’ Possess a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, reflective of all college coursework β’ Currently enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor's or Masterβs degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β’ Ability to create, edit, and format professional documents, presentations, and recruiting materials using established templates and guidelines β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally β’ Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or recruiting tools is a plus.
