📋 Description

• Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules • Drive system enhancements and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes • Partner with People Operations and the broader People organization to implement solutions • Review business processes, make improvement recommendations, and create action plans • Assist in establishing a long-term HR Technology roadmap • Ensure segregation of duties, audit controls, security protocols, and data integrity • Identify process and compliance improvement opportunities • Manage delivery of people processes and programs, including objectives, timelines, progress tracking, and blocker assessment • Lead development and training of HR systems policies and procedures • Deliver best-in-class employee lifecycle processes, automation, and self-service capabilities • Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI, workflow automation, and self-service technologies • Lead assessment, testing, change management, and deployment for Oracle quarterly releases and enhancements • Serve as product owner and subject matter expert for assigned Oracle HCM modules • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HRIS, HR Technology, or Oracle HCM Cloud experience • Experience supporting complex business processes, system configuration, and enterprise-scale initiatives • Proficiency with HR Technology applications, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud • Expert project, program, process management, and organizational skills • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR business processes and operations • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong stakeholder relationships • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or related field (preferred) • Robust experience supporting a multi-country employee base and managing complex, global HR projects (preferred) • Experience implementing systems, developing end-to-end business processes, documenting requirements, and creating quick start guides (preferred)
