📋 Description

• Manage platform operations and own reporting and tracking for customer-related bugs, feature requests, outages, and issue resolution • Respond to customer and internal stakeholder platform issues according to customer SLAs and internal process documentation • Support implementation processes by structuring data in the Euclid Platform • Own Smartsheet administration and provide Smartsheet support for internal team members and external stakeholders • Support overall services delivery initiatives • Support creation and maintenance of SOPs, training materials, and customer-facing documentation • Report trends and areas of concern to the Customer Experience Team Lead • Contribute to program initiatives and support customer projects and workstreams by collaborating with Customer Experience Project Managers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a software support or data structuring role • Understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle or demonstrated interest in learning • Experience with tools like Smartsheet, HubSpot, and cloud-based project documentation platforms • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset • Bachelor’s degree in business management, product management, or a related technical field preferred
