đź“‹ Description

• Manage multiple complex, high-priority projects within the project portfolio, aligning project delivery with organizational objectives and priorities • Manage project budgets, including vendor contracts, ensuring projects deliver value within budgetary constraints • Build and manage detailed project plans with clear ownership and deadlines • Hold vendors, clients, and internal team members accountable for completing tasks on time • Manage and communicate changes to project scope and facilitate formal change requests • Perform risk assessments, identify and document project risks, and own risk mitigation plans • Improve enterprise-level tracking of products, projects, KPIs, and resources through reports and dashboards • Manage stakeholder engagement and communicate project progress, risks, and delays • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the PMO using Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies • Lead end-to-end vendor relationships across multiple projects • Coach and mentor junior team members and foster professional development • Assist in developing the PMO's strategic mission and goals with Product Management, Software Engineering, and Operations • Plan and lead refresher activities and continual-learning forums • Provide backup assistance for the Director of Project Management • Attend conferences and training as required • Perform other related duties as assigned and adapt to changes in the work environment, procedures, priorities, and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 7+ years of relevant industry experience • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager, with proven track record of driving measurable business improvements • Project Management certifications (PMP preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Suite • Experience managing complex change initiatives with multiple stakeholders • Proven ability to implement continuous improvement methodologies • Demonstrates executive presence and assertiveness, and capable of/comfortable with presenting to Executive and Senior-level leadership teams • Excellent oral and written communication skills required with a heavy emphasis on documentation of processes and projects • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management • Strong understanding of and experience with vendor management • Proficient in project management software (i.e. Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, etc.) • Familiarity with financial tracking and portfolio-level reporting activities • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future; this role does not offer current or future visa sponsorship
