📋 Description

• Own the revenue operations function • Build revenue analytics foundation and drive process changes based on insights • Own the GTM operating system: CRM architecture and pipeline management • Operationalize account intelligence by turning market signals into actionable insights • Design and scale an AI-native revenue engine • Build executive and board-level reporting cadences • Own GTM planning cycles and annual planning from scratch

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy in a tech-enabled services or SaaS business • Experience supporting AEs running land-and-expand motions • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build a single source of truth for revenue data • Knowledge in AI-native GTM world, custom workflows, and internal tooling • Experience running planning cycles, quota attainment modeling, and comp plan design • Familiarity with CRM architecture and data quality • Strong judgment under ambiguity and systems thinking
