📋 Description

• Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to document business requirements and propose Coupa process solutions • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities using Coupa functionality • Stay current on new features, upgrades, and version releases • Research, design, develop, test, and deploy Coupa features and enhancements • Maintain and update Master Data taxonomy • Expand Coupa adoption throughout the company and assist groups transitioning into Coupa • Develop supplier enablement strategies by analyzing client spend data • Define supplier segmentation approaches with internal stakeholders • Develop and execute supplier communication plans • Configure procurement applications for electronic transmission of transactional data • Execute unit and supplier enablement testing while tracking defects and resolving issues and application bugs • Conduct supplier outreach, planning, training, and onboarding • Provide supplier support through enablement • Communicate findings to clients through standard and ad hoc reports • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma or university degree in MIS, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3 years of professional-level purchasing experience • Coupa experience strongly preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, work under pressure, and follow through with assigned tasks with limited supervision • Willingness to accept variable hourly demands as departmental workload fluctuates • Ability to work extra hours as needed • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship • Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay practices, including purchasing, receiving, and accounts payable • Inventory and Supplier Enablement knowledge is a plus • Experience with cXML, EDI, or similar eCommerce applications and formats preferred • High proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, P2P, SIM, Coupa, JDE/Oracle, and Ariba • Strong analytical skills, assertiveness, and initiative • Ability to think strategically and solve problems • Ability to collaborate, discuss, contribute, and cooperate with teams and co-workers
