📋 Description

• Engage as a legal subject-matter expert to support a customer's project and help train next-generation AI systems • Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics • Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current, accurate information is used • Draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other legal documents • Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices • Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine project deliverables and address complex legal scenarios • Contribute to content quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in legal materials • Maintain exceptionally high standards and precision in all submissions

🎯 Requirements

• Mandatory experience working at one or more Vault Law 100 firms • Active license to practice law • Strong academic credentials • Current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm • Exposure to varied practice areas and sophisticated, high-stakes legal matters • Proven ability in legal analysis, research, and drafting across a range of legal subjects • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated experience in legal content review • Track record of successful remote collaboration and multidisciplinary project participation • Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus • Commitment to precision, accuracy, and legal best practices • No prior AI experience required
