📋 Description

• Source and engage qualified legal candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other recruiting channels. • Build and maintain relationships with attorneys and other legal professionals. • Evaluate candidates based on experience, practice area, qualifications, career objectives, and fit for available opportunities. • Conduct initial candidate conversations and screening. • Present qualified candidates for relevant roles through HireHawk. • Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the recruiting process. • Develop your own network and pipeline of legal talent. • Represent opportunities professionally and maintain candidate confidentiality. • Stay informed about hiring trends and talent movement within the legal market.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in legal recruiting is a must. • Familiarity with law firms, corporate legal departments, or the broader legal talent market. • Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Ability to build trusted professional relationships. • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Strong judgment, professionalism, and respect for confidential information. • Existing relationships within the legal community and experience recruiting within specific practice areas or geographic markets are a big plus.
