• Develop, review, and refine code samples and modules according to project requirements • Analyze and evaluate coding solutions for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability • Contribute feedback and insights on data structures, algorithms, and debugging strategies • Use Git for version control and collaborative code management • Document technical approaches and code logic clearly • Participate in asynchronous written and verbal discussions to clarify deliverables and support iterative improvement • Identify and resolve technical issues or inconsistencies • Contribute software expertise to help train next-generation AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development • Must be based in the US • Strong foundation in programming, data structures, and algorithms • Proficiency in at least one major programming language • Deep understanding of debugging methodologies • Proven track record of utilizing Git for collaborative software projects • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Experience contributing to projects requiring clear documentation and peer review • Self-motivated and adaptable • Comfortable working independently in remote, asynchronous environments • No prior experience in AI is required
