📋 Description

• Support and enhance financial systems within the company’s Quote-to-Revenue ecosystems • Manage functional design, configuration, and integration of Zuora CPQ, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue (RevPro) with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite GL • Gather and document business requirements and design scalable, compliant system solutions • Ensure compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15 accounting standards • Diagnose and resolve system data discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and process bottlenecks • Perform testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance for accurate billing and revenue recognition • Perform development, configuration, troubleshooting, and end-to-end process enablement across Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Recognition workflows • Support automations and integrations using Workato • Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Accounting, IT, Engineering, and cross-functional teams • Manage release schedules, change requests, and system enhancements • Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and external reporting standards using SOX controls • Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvements • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment • Perform data analytics using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field • Seven (7) years of experience as a Billing Solution Architect, Billing Solution Developer, Billing Solutions Consultant, or a closely related occupation • Demonstrable expert knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Revenue Value Streams, Zuora CPQ, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue (RevPro) • Knowledge of ASC 606 and IFRS15 accounting standards • Experience integrating Zuora CPQ, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue (RevPro) with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite GL • Knowledge of Data Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integration platforms including Workato, Boomi, and MuleSoft • Ability to elicit, document, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and data mapping documents • Knowledge of SOX controls • Ability to diagnose and resolve system data discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and process bottlenecks across integrated systems • Proficiency with Lucidchart, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Asana • Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL • Knowledge of sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment • Must have U.S. employment authorization • Must not require employer sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization
