📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing new business opportunities • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand customer business goals, operational challenges, and growth opportunities • Deliver engaging virtual product demonstrations showcasing the value of Customer Lobby and pulseM solutions • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and follow-up activities • Position Customer Lobby and pulseM as strategic solutions that help customers generate leads, improve online reputation, increase customer retention, and drive business growth • Develop tailored proposals and pricing recommendations based on customer needs • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity within Salesforce • Partner closely with Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs within the home services market • Represent EverCommerce with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably selling SaaS or subscription-based software • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting opportunities • Ability to quickly establish credibility with business owners and decision-makers • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and drive • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
