📋 Description

• Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for optimal functionality and data integrity • Streamline workflows and implement efficient processes to optimize the Talent Acquisition process for TA Partners and candidates • Define and assist in implementing processes and tools supporting the end-to-end recruiting system, including automation and scalability • Identify and resolve issues related to talent acquisition systems and tools • Oversee and optimize talent acquisition vendor relationships and measure ROI • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Sourcer • Provide guidance, prioritization, and performance support across recruiting coordination, sourcing, operational workflows, and candidate experience initiatives • Partner with the TA Director to align team capacity, priorities, and operational support with hiring goals and business needs • Generate reports and analyze Talent Acquisition data, trends, success metrics, headcount plans, and strategic decisions • Partner with the TA Director to operationalize headcount release and hiring delivery • Work with Finance, People Partners, and Strategy & Operations to scale headcount management and provide forecasts for headcount and location planning • Partner with TA Partners to ensure a positive candidate experience • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams on employer branding • Support recruitment campaigns, job advertisements, and career site enhancements • Optimize job postings for SEO and employer brand alignment • Design and deliver training for Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers • Maintain a knowledge base of TA resources, playbooks, and guides • Keep the team updated on recruitment trends, compliance updates, and industry best practices • Assist with adherence to employment laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field • People leadership experience, including managing, coaching, or developing direct reports • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices and a passion for continuous improvement • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies; Workday a plus • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting tools • Knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations • Deep exposure to enterprise workforce planning • Experience implementing technology or operating model changes to improve efficiency • Bias towards action and ability to iterate towards an end state • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive predictable, repeatable outcomes • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
