📋 Description

• Support talent attraction and hiring efforts for Marketing roles across North America, primarily Upstream Marketing, Downstream Marketing, Medical Education, and Sales Training • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract, and acquire top talent • Manage 10–20+ active requisitions for marketing and corporate roles • Conduct intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management • Conduct structured phone screens to evaluate candidate experience, functional skills, and role alignment • Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies with hiring managers • Provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines • Communicate pipeline progress, candidate feedback, and hiring status to stakeholders • Manage candidate and requisition activity in Workday and HiredScore • Track recruiting performance metrics including requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of work experience • 4+ years of work experience • 2+ years of experience recruiting for marketing and related commercial roles (preferred) • 2+ years of business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience (preferred) • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools • Experience managing candidate and requisition activity within Workday and HiredScore • Ability to manage 10–20+ active requisitions • Ability to work in a high-volume, process-driven environment
