📋 Description

• Own recruiting systems end to end, including the ATS, sourcing and scheduling tools, interview intelligence, and integrations with Workday and the headcount planning tool • Lead major systems changes from vendor evaluation through data mapping, HRIS integration, cutover, and training • Manage recruiting vendors, including contracts, renewals, costs, and tool evaluations • Manage day-to-day permissions, offer workflows, approvals, troubleshooting, and recruiter and People Ops support • Build, test, document, and operationalize AI workflows using schedules or triggers • Build and maintain a recruiting context layer containing process documents, role documents, and playbooks • Collaborate with IT, People Ops, Finance, and the AI team on changes and change adoption • Use AI tools to answer hiring-data questions and turn findings into process improvements • Report to the Director of Recruiting and work day to day with the Staff Recruiting Operations Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in recruiting or talent operations at a tech company • Admin-level ownership of an ATS (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or similar), including permissions, offer workflows, and integrations • Experience building AI workflows or automations that other people use every week • Experience leading a systems implementation or migration, or a cross-functional project of similar size, from decision to adoption • Ability to build and iteratively improve simple solutions • Ability to design for users ranging from recruiting coordinators to executives • Recruiting experience; full-cycle recruiting experience is a strong plus • Ability to work across teams without direct management authority • Experience with Ashby, an ATS migration, or Workday integrations is a strong plus • US or Canadian employment eligibility/location as applicable
