📋 Description

• Partner closely with the Talent Team to understand hiring needs, challenges, organizational structure, and team dynamics • Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and engaging passive and active talent globally through hiring, offer generation, and transition to People Ops onboarding • Act as a key internal stakeholder across teams • Manage headcount reconciliation • Oversee compensation alignment and equity • Coordinate and participate in internal interviews • Deliver recruitment projects on time and meet milestones and deliverables • Own and execute the Greenhouse recruiting process end-to-end from opening through close • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring documentation and candidate/hire data • Provide timely, clear, and proactive updates to hiring managers and business stakeholders • Anticipate needs, address issues, prevent bottlenecks, and ensure an efficient hiring experience • Source and engage passive candidates using team networks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting experience working with senior leaders in SaaS/Tech space • Experience working in a remote-first company where communication is key • Comfort working in a high-paced environment and embracing change and ambiguity • Familiarity with Greenhouse • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter • Exceptional administrative strength • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Confidence engaging passive candidates • Ability to navigate multiple documents and systems while adhering to structured, process-driven workflows
