📋 Description

• Transform complex claims, clinical, and member healthcare data into clear, actionable insights • Partner with analysts to evaluate data needs and define analytical approaches for assigned projects • Contribute to analyses informing operational and clinical decision-making • Query, wrangle, and analyze complex datasets using relational databases • Support development of descriptive, classification, and predictive algorithms for clinical operations workflows • Validate data quality and ensure the integrity of data outputs • Support ad hoc analytical deep dives and broader modeling, reporting, and analytical work • Contribute to team efforts and process improvement initiatives • Report to the Biomedical Informatics Manager • Perform other duties consistent with the role, as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience, including foundational experience with analytical tools through coursework, projects, or internships • Experience working with SQL and Python • Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related fields • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and approach problems in a structured, logical manner • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and primarily remote environment • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams • Ability to work 8:30am–5pm in the Central time zone • Home internet supporting at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Master’s Degree in a related field (preferred)
