📋 Description

• Deliver seamless implementations and high-impact managed services for new and existing customers • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of client deployments across MeridianLink’s software solutions • Drive successful launches, ensure adoption, and create long-term customer value • Partner with clients to manage expectations, meet milestones, and transition from implementation to ongoing use • Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve challenges and improve customer outcomes • Educate clients on advanced platform capabilities and provide best-practice recommendations • Identify opportunities to enhance software utilization • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product organization • Develop and implement initiatives supporting client goals and objectives • Manage client onboarding activities, including core connectivity and third-party integrations • Facilitate interactions between clients and MeridianLink departments • Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations throughout deployment • Drive project resources toward completion while providing proactive and responsive client service • Adhere to project schedules, organize tasks, and maximize productivity and utilization • Proactively identify issues and facilitate resolutions before escalation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience • Thorough understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software and capabilities • Moderate skill set and proficiency in the subject area • Ability to perform increasingly complex assignments under moderate supervision • Ability to exercise independent judgment • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Systems • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously • Teamwork attitude and flexibility • Must complete MeridianLink’s background check, credit check, and drug test as part of the offer process • Must provide valid documentation confirming identity and authorization to work in the United States
