It operates 24/7 emergency call-taking and rapid-response interventions for home incidents (fires, water damage, electrical faults, locksmithing), offers remote damage expertise and cost estimation, and manages repair-in-kind through a national network of vetted contractors. IMH also runs digital platforms to support project estimation and paid home-service offerings, coordinates large-scale catastrophe responses, and connects insurers, beneficiaries and service providers via its accredited prestataire network.

📋 Description

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle • Analyze and diagnose stakeholder problems to determine resolutions • Gather, validate, and translate technological requirements into design and development specifications • Configure, test, install, implement, monitor, and maintain systems, applications, workflows, processes, and hardware • Document and recommend workflow changes and technical/functional designs supporting business requirements • Partner with external vendors on third-party application integration, implementation, support, and troubleshooting • Resolve common issues, incidents, and problems according to service levels and department standards • Serve as project manager and complete project management functions for small to mid-size projects with multiple teams • Collaborate with peers, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors • Follow documentation and change management standards • Participate in developing training and knowledge-based materials • Configure and integrate electronic and mechanical hardware with software products • Develop and understand business reporting needs for end users • Participate in on-call and command center responsibilities, if applicable • Help develop and maintain testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and integrity • Attend team, project, and department meetings • Work with project requestors to complete minimum viable products in ServiceHub • Request project and enhancement-work resources using the ServiceHub Resource Plan process • Maintain required certifications, including Epic certifications as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel pivot tables, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Word • In-depth business and application knowledge and experience • Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems • Ability to assess needs and determine appropriate approaches through documentation • Ability to define problems and collect data by establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions • Ability to read and interpret industry periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations • Ability to write correspondence and process documents • Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field is preferred • Two years of work experience, or actively working toward a bachelor's degree with four years' experience in a related area • Additional relevant experience may substitute for lack of education upon Supervisory and HR approval • Preferred Epic Beaker CP certification or accredited/Data Innovations certification • Must certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification • Ability to operate computers and IT equipment requiring finger and hand movement • Ability to see and read computer monitors and documents • Ability to remain sitting or standing for long periods • Schedule availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM MT • Candidates may not reside or plan to reside in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, or Washington
