📋 Description

• Develop concepts and art/design across projects of varying complexity and scope • Liaise between creative teams and junior/mid-level account team members • Ensure work meets strategic and creative expectations, FDA regulations, pharmaceutical promotion requirements, and brand standards • Present and defend work internally and externally • Monitor direct-report workloads and intervene to protect quality and timelines • Lead and elevate design and art direction across the team • Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior creatives • Estimate project hours for self and direct reports • Create clear, compelling data visualizations from complex scientific information • Manage files according to best practices and The One Intouch Process • Collaborate with planning, UX, development, account management, product management, production, studio, and cross-functional teams • Present and help sell ideas to clients • Contribute to new business efforts • Develop multichannel creative for launches, label updates, and other pharmaceutical projects • Apply accessibility best practices and emerging AI tools to creative work

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience • Ability to lead and elevate art/design across a team • Ability to provide constructive feedback to junior creatives across copy and art • Strong conceptual skills and ability to develop varied creative solutions • Experience leading art direction across projects, channels, scopes, and complexities • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign required • Ability to execute design work across digital and print formats • Proficiency estimating hours for self and direct reports • Ability to transform complex scientific information into clear data visualizations using advanced design principles • Mastery of file-building and file-management best practices and The One Intouch Process • Understanding of utilization and ability to meet targets • Knowledge of accessibility best practices • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members • Knowledge of clients' businesses and business impact of creative work • Ability to collaborate with planning, UX, development, creative, account management, product management, production, studio, and cross-functional teams • Ability to present and sell ideas to clients • Experience developing multichannel creative demonstrating conceptual thinking, strategic/business acumen, and refined design • Broad industry experience, including launches and label updates • Interest and experience using emerging AI tools to support creative work • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and proactive bias management
