📋 Description

• Conduct primary and secondary research as a key member of project teams • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights aligned with client objectives • Support structuring and development of client deliverables in PowerPoint and/or Excel • Integrate analysis and communicate the story clearly and effectively • Attend client meetings and present key elements where applicable • Collaborate with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, and develop insights • Transform insights into actionable client recommendations • Interview clients' customers, competitors, suppliers, and other stakeholders • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, such as Public Health, Economics, Business, or a life science-related field • Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably focused on life science consulting • Strong research and analytical skills • Ability to conceptualize analysis into processes and frameworks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality outputs under time-pressured deadlines • Advanced degree from a top-tier institution preferred • At least 6 months of life science consultancy experience preferred • Experience working on multiple projects and handling associate/analyst-level responsibilities preferred • Passion for and understanding of dynamics and issues in the pharma and biotech industries preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills preferred • Strong experience in Excel models and PowerPoint preferred • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week • Overtime and/or weekend/evening hours may be required • Ability to travel as required for client, stakeholder, or off-site meetings • Must be able to perform physical demands including prolonged standing or sitting and occasionally lifting/moving up to 25 pounds
