📋 Description

• Oversee the copywriting team • Ensure delivery of high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives • Research problems, solutions, and target audiences to develop big ideas that drive action • Apply strategy and craftsmanship to create effective work in a heavily regulated pharmaceutical industry • Use words to drive action among target audiences and teammates • Pitch creative solutions persuasively • Collaborate with multiple departments to bring messaging to life across digital channels • Manage time effectively and deliver results despite tight deadlines • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required • 5-7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field • 2-4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience preferred • High science experience preferred (oncology, HIV, etc.) • A book featuring conceptual work and smart digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions and banners • Know-how for writing in a digital landscape, from strategy development to banners to sites to SEO • Experience with complex projects involving internal and external account and creative teams • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
