📋 Description

• Fulfill medical information response packages and literature requests within the United States • Manage the daily Physical Fulfillment queue in the Medical Information Management System • Print, pack, prepare, and ship approved response materials • Ensure timely fulfillment in accordance with service-level agreements • Coordinate with shipping carriers and monitor order status • Resolve fulfillment issues and delays proactively • Maintain accurate inquiry, fulfillment, shipment, and tracking records • Perform quality checks to ensure responses are complete and accurate • Coordinate with Medical Information Specialists and cross-functional stakeholders • Generate operational reports and fulfillment metrics • Identify process improvement opportunities • Adhere to regulatory, pharmacovigilance, privacy, and compliance requirements • Perform inventory counts and coordinate replenishment of materials and supplies • Monitor backlog, turnaround times, and service-level performance • Support inspection readiness and special projects • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel • Associate degree or equivalent preferred • Experience with shipping and mailing operations preferred • Experience working with case management or CRM systems preferred • Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated environments preferred • No licenses or certificates required • Ability to travel 10% • Ability to work 20–29 hours per week • Ability to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods, walk, talk, and hear • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
