📋 Description

• Develop and oversee all field reimbursement activities for the assigned partner • Build and manage a team of Regional Access Directors • Lead the team toward achievement of partner objectives aligned with EVERSANA’s vision and values • Identify market opportunities and challenges and develop, implement, and follow through on action plans • Coach team members to support corporate growth • Evaluate success, optimize opportunities, and communicate results to partners and internal EVERSANA stakeholders • Coordinate in-field activity to achieve specialty targets • Maximize market, segment, and team dynamics to drive top- and bottom-line results • Ensure smooth day-to-day and long-term business execution • Maintain technical expertise to answer product, policy, and business-related questions • Plan and conduct plan-of-action and other meetings with Corporate Leadership • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and processes • Provide direction and insights to internal partners during business planning • Coach, mentor, educate, and develop direct and indirect team members • Hold direct reports accountable for behaviors and expectations • Interview, select, supervise, and manage department staff • Set objectives, work methods, and performance standards; conduct performance reviews and administer personnel actions • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and model inclusive behaviors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Healthcare degree strongly preferred, including MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD, or similar advanced healthcare/scientific degree • 15+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with experience in payer policy and product access • 8+ years of experience in benefit verifications and/or prior-authorization requirements or equivalent patient access experience • 5+ years leading successful field access teams • Detailed understanding of pharmacy and medical benefit product models • Knowledge of CMS policies and processes, including Medicare Parts B & D coverage • Knowledge of specialty markets, HUB/reimbursement services, and patient access programs • Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics, competitor activity, and continuous diabetes monitoring trends • Ability to gather and interpret data to guide regional strategy, including HUB and patient claims data • Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and videoconferencing platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and GoTo Meeting • Advanced presentation, business analysis, planning, organizational, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills • Pediatric Endocrinology and/or Endocrinology experience preferred • Previous experience in other biopharmaceutical functions is a plus
