📋 Description

• Own projects from concept through delivery as a trusted individual contributor • Execute HTML media banner production within media specifications and animation best practices • Create scalable, production-ready solutions with responsive resizing behaviors • Partner with Art, Copy, Development, and fellow Experience Designers • Evaluate tradeoffs, resolve design challenges, incorporate feedback, and balance creative intent with technical feasibility and production quality • Contribute strategically to execution and influence design direction • Ensure quality from concept through delivery • Elevate fellow Experience Designers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and leading by example

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) • Experience designing HTML media banners within pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries • Experience contributing to or working within design systems • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Art, Copy, Development, and other designers • Experience optimizing creative for performance marketing objectives • Basic understanding of HTML as it relates to media banner production • Proficiency in Figma (required) • Proficiency in timeline-based motion design and animation software • Understanding of responsive and modular frameworks • Systems thinking with strong attention to detail • Ability to translate strategy and creative vision into scalable execution • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to operate autonomously while modeling accountability • Experience within pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries preferred
