📋 Description

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution • Lead project meetings, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues • Monitor and control project performance using KPIs and status reports • Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs • Document lessons learned and best practices to drive continuous improvement • Implement project delivery best practices using tools such as JIRA and Confluence • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 5–7 years of proven experience managing projects in a Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy environment • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar • PMP certification or Certified ScrumMaster preferred • Prior experience in a Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy in a client-facing role preferred • Prior experience with CRM applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce preferred • 40 hours per week, 5 days per week • Travel: 0%
