📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients • Build and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies • Lead client meetings and presentations, providing strategic insights and recommendations • Develop and implement client service strategies aligned with client goals and regulatory requirements • Oversee medical communication plans and campaigns • Ensure scientific accuracy and integrity of medical content • Lead and mentor account managers and medical communication professionals • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment • Manage workload distribution and timely project delivery • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Develop proposals and pitch presentations • Monitor market trends and competitor activities • Implement quality control processes • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards • Monitor and report client satisfaction and project performance metrics • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in a medical or scientific field (e.g., MD, PhD, PharmD) • Extensive experience in client services, medical communications, or a related field, preferably within a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising agency • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Deep understanding of medical and regulatory environments
