๐Ÿ“‹ Description

โ€ข Manage and coach a team of sales representatives responsible for converting inbound patient leads into consultations and procedures โ€ข Track and analyze key conversion metrics across the patient acquisition funnel โ€ข Train representatives to guide patients through complex, high-consideration healthcare decisions โ€ข Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability structures for the team โ€ข Partner with Growth, Product, and Care Operations to improve lead routing and sales processes โ€ข Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and care operations teams to ensure seamless patient experience

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข 5-8+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative sales environments โ€ข 2-4+ years of experience managing and coaching sales teams โ€ข Proven experience managing sales funnels, conversion metrics, and KPIs โ€ข Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with sales dashboards and performance data โ€ข Experience coaching representatives in consultative, high-trust sales conversations โ€ข Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving processes โ€ข Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
