📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of clinical trial operations including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor oversight. • Serve as primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and performance metrics. • Monitor project progress, financials, and risks; implement mitigation strategies. • Lead client, investigator, and internal team meetings. • Oversee site contract and budget negotiations, invoicing, and expense tracking. • Ensure team training, performance management, and compliance with SOPs. • Support bid defense preparation and represent project management in business development. • Provide mentorship to junior staff

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in the life science space • Advanced degree preferred • Oncology experience required • Rare disease, immunology, neurology experience preferred • Proven clinical research experience, including ownership and delivery of clinical trial projects in a project management capacity • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues • Proficient in financial management and project management tools • Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements • Ability to manage global, cross-functional teams and culturally diverse settings • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities • Willingness to travel as needed
