📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of research, analytics, and reporting powering Evio Insights, a real-world evidence product in Evio’s Digital Health portfolio • Own the analytic lifecycle from translating ambiguous health plan problems into research questions through study or modeling selection, analysis execution, and actionable recommendations • Develop reusable analytical frameworks, study templates, and automated workflows • Explore data to identify signals, trends, utilization patterns, and anomalies • Apply machine learning and advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, natural language processing, graph neural networks, and unsupervised clustering • Evaluate new data sources, analytical methods, forecasting, and patient segmentation approaches • Design and execute real-world evidence projects, observational studies, comparative effectiveness studies, and predictive modeling of cost and clinical outcomes • Collaborate with pharmacists, researchers, data scientists, analysts, engineers, product managers, and client-facing teammates • Develop analytical plans, outcome definitions, and validation approaches • Translate findings into presentations, slide decks, manuscripts, and client-facing communications • Conduct feasibility assessments and exploratory analyses • Develop reporting and data visualizations on recommendation impact and cost-savings potential • Apply quasi-experimental program-evaluation methods, including matched comparisons, difference-in-differences, and interrupted time-series analyses • Identify emerging medication utilization and cost trends and support research prioritization and strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, real-world evidence, health economics and outcomes research, data science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience with machine learning and advanced analytical methods, such as predictive modeling, forecasting, and unsupervised learning/segmentation • Experience working with administrative claims data • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R • Experience designing statistical comparisons, analytical plans, and decision-grade analyses for varied use cases • Skills in descriptive analytics, outcomes-based analytics, and predictive analytics • Experience developing automated, reusable, or production-ready analytical workflows and reporting solutions • Ability to communicate technical information to executives, analysts, actuaries, and clinicians through written and verbal communication • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently explore data, identify insights, and recommend actionable solutions • Preferred: experience with healthcare data beyond administrative claims, commercially available real-world data analytics platforms, AI for real-world data analysis or workflow automation, and high-cost or specialty medications
