📋 Description

• Maintain a reasonable caseload, including individual and family sessions • Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR • Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including Process Groups and DBT Groups • Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to the clinical team • Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission • Coordinate after-care with parents and the Discharge Coordinator • Provide outpatient treatment to adolescents struggling with addiction and/or mental illness • Promote a holistic approach addressing mind, body, and spirit

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed as a LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in California, or Associate with AMFT/ACSW/APCC in California • Experience with DBT or willingness to learn • Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check • Exceptional clinical judgment • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must be located in California • Available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm, with an 8-hour workday and at least two days weekly scheduled 11am–7pm • Available Fridays from 9am–5pm
