📋 Description

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as Photonics • Complete a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management • Hire talent with support from EWOR’s network of over 50,000 professionals • Receive advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs • Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching • Iterate the product until reaching product-market fit • Build a sales force or create a marketing engine

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate • Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup • Willing to scale the startup to €100M+ in revenues • Excellent communication skills in English
