📋 Description

• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, including reviewing medications and administration instructions and collecting health information • Accurately enter patients’ prescription information • Achieve key performance metrics established by management • Create positive first impressions of AnewHealth/ExactCare and its services • Educate facilities, institutions, and patients about ExactCare • Manage the patient assessment process to grow business and maintain referral relationships • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for the ExactCare team • Call prospective patients daily, schedule telephonic reviews, and conduct follow-up calls • Participate in daily team huddles, training sessions, and ad-hoc meetings • Communicate with the management team • Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in communications and interactions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience to justify an exception • 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience • Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred • Excellent problem-solving ability • Energetic and compassionate phone skills • Persuasion skills • Team-oriented • Strong attention to detail • Excellent multitasking ability • Self-starter able to work with little to no supervision • Excellent oral, written, facilitation, and presentation communication skills • Proficient in MS Office suite • Ability to work an average of 40 hours per week • Availability outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis • Must be eligible to work in the United States
