📋 Description

• Lead large-scale finance transformation programs • Coordinate across finance, product, and technology teams • Manage program risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment • Facilitate executive-level decision-making • Drive key architecture and design decisions across ERP and EPM platforms • Advise on ERP/EPM integration strategy • Lead redesign of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes • Enable a modern FP&A operating model • Ensure alignment between CoA design and business dimensions • Partner with finance stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in finance process and operating model transformation • Strong understanding of the EPM landscape • Experience leading Chart of Accounts redesign • Experience establishing program governance • Strong executive communication skills • Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Comfortable engaging with IST time zone on occasion
