📋 Description

• Train and mentor new and experienced DRG auditors • Build easy-to-follow training materials, guides, and online modules • Review audits for accuracy, provide helpful feedback, and coach coders • Spot trends, analyze root causes, and improve overall coding quality • Help shape smarter, more efficient audit processes • Keep the team up to date with the latest rules, tools, and best practices • Lead virtual sessions to help auditors tackle complex cases • Deliver value to clients through training and quality review

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of DRG and/or APR DRG auditing and training experience • RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CPC certifications (required) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Deep knowledge of DRG audit processes and compliance standards • Experience coaching others and developing training materials • Organized, detail-oriented, and great at giving feedback that makes a difference • A brief coding/auditing assessment may be included as part of the interview process
