📋 Description

• Train, certify, and recertify production associates on material stocking processes • Ensure safety, quality, productivity standards, and metrics are met and maintained • Stay current on process changes and create or maintain documentation • Recommend updates to training content, materials, and tests • Create, update, and maintain Standardized Operating Procedure documents under production leadership direction • Conduct orientation for new Material Stockers • Review safety, quality, performance requirements, SAP T-codes, and other technical skills • Evaluate Material Stocker performance objectively • Conduct performance audits when directed and provide documented feedback to team leads and managers • Attend cadenced training meetings and plan, resource, and execute training actions • Coordinate monthly training schedules with the manager and provide recertification training • Participate in safety programs, safety inspections, I-engage, and I-observe programs • Participate in facility Kaizen/6S events and assist with regular 6S audits • Maintain housekeeping standards • Provide feedback during process development and continuous improvement • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Associate must not have been awarded a job through a posting in the previous six (6) months, subject to stated exceptions • Associate must not have been removed from or voluntarily stepped down from the same role in the preceding 6 months • No written disciplinary warnings within six (6) months of the posting date • Cannot have less than 17 UTO hours • Must be able to work 8+ hours per day and 40+ hours per week • Must meet all minimum qualifications outlined on the job bid • Must submit an application through Workday before the posting deadline • Self-motivated with good prioritization and organizational skills • Sound knowledge of SAP T-codes • Capability to objectively evaluate Material Stocker performance • Ability to communicate and perform effectively independently and in a team environment
